Trade up. To my knowledge no one markets a kit to do this. In any case, parts and labor will be more than the difference between your current tractor and one set up the way you want. ....

Trade Up.. John Deere will give you a great trade in Value for your tractor. I had the original 1987 855 tractor.. with 4wd, 60" mid mount mower and #52 Loader.. I got $12,400 towards my new John Deere 4200HST.. I really thought that was an awesome deal.. I was expecting about $7500 to $8000 on my older 855. It was well taken care of.. but it sure did have its work while I owned that machine for twelve years... I would definatly trade up to either a 4100HST or 4200HST.. if you can find a good 855 or 755 at a good price w/4WD hell.. those are great machines.. and I kind of miss my 855.. there were some things on that machine I liked better than on my new machine.. But overall, I love my new machine.. it is better than any comparable Kubota!!! ....
